Open Ladder Foundation brings internet access and practical digital, financial, and business skills to rural finca families in Colombia — free, in Spanish and English, starting in the Cañón de las Hermosas.

The digital economy is a room most rural families can't find the door to.
Extraordinary opportunity is being built right now — new tools, new markets, new income. And an entire generation, growing up on fincas far from any city, has no entrance. Not because they lack the will or the mind — because there's no connection to get online, and no one has ever shown them what to do once they are. This is a problem of access, not ability.

Our founder grew up far from any real chance at a digital future, with no map showing the way in — and taught himself a path most people said didn't exist. That climb shouldn't take luck. Open Ladder exists to make it repeatable for the kids growing up on fincas today, and to leave the ladder down for the next one.
